Popularized in the 1970s in the mainstream of humanist psychology, the enneagram is a method of personal development and management.
The Enneagram describes 9 different ways of approaching the world, and consequently 9 very different ways of interacting with it. Ennea means 9 in Greek.
The Enneagram is a useful map on your journey towards self-development, relationship building, conflict resolution and the improvement of team dynamics. It doesn’t put you n a box, but in the opposite it helps you to get out of the box, to free from certain sometimes limiting automatisms.
