Face-to-Face
Joint training of 1 to 2 days face-to-face (or via Zoom) using the enneagram as a cognitive and behavioral tool (Soft Skills) for flexibility and inclusion.
Interactive training, with the team, to get to know each other better and see the differences.
Blended Learning
A mix of Face-to-face and On-line Teaching
On Line
Individual on-line training to anchor knowledge, for 3 months, at will. 19 online modules with pdf, multiple choice questions, individual or team forum (Q / A).
Face-to-face training does not allow information to be anchored (between 1 and 5% remains in memory).
- Individual access to our platform, at the learner’s pace, when he has the time and motivation, with self-assessments, a theoretical and then practical exam (certifying) allows him to anchor information up to 50 %.
- A weekly or monthly report allows the manager to follow the progress of the participants.
Optional
1 or more case studies created specifically for your company in relation to your business or your concerns.
Active training in which learners participate, based on concrete cases from their daily lives.
Working better with others starts with knowing yourself better. A 24-page personalized, confidential report. Only the learner decides whether or not to share his report with the team or his manager.
Based on a questionnaire (> 150 questions + – 30 mns) and 1,256 potential enneagram profiles, strengths, weaknesses and practical exercises are highlighted.
